Appointments
- Follow up appointment must be attended within 4 weeks of initial treatment. Reduced price for subsequent syringes of Juvederm Ultra only valid during initial treatment appointment, or during follow up. Botox® top up injections are administered subject to clinical requirement; this is at the discretion of AnnaLouise.
Appointment Deposits
- Deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation, but can be transferred to another appointment on the condition that more than 48 hours notice is given.
Loyalty Card
- Stamps are only rewarded for wrinkle reducing injections and treatment for hyperhidrosis.
- Excludes dermal fillers and lip augmentation.
- Rewards may only be redeemed against anti-wrinkle injections and hyperhidrosis.
- Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Rewards are non-transferrable.
- Reward scheme can be withdrawn at any time after 3 months notice.

- Voucher can only be used towards Botulinum Toxin anti-wrinkle treatments.
- Voucher not redeemable against Dermal Fillers
