NCTF135 Undereye Rejuvenation Treatment

NCTF135 is a unique combination of hyaluronic acid, amino acids and vitamins which stimulate the skin's fibroblasts to produce new collagen and elastin. Initially three treatments are required at 2-3 week intervals, then one treatment every 3-6 months to maintain results.

Collagen and elastin are substances already present in the human body, and are the building blocks of firm, youthful skin. As a result of the ageing process the depletion of collagen and elastin in the undereye area causes the development of fine lines, dark circles and puffiness. NCTF135 works by naturally stimulating collagen and elastin, so gradually restoring radiance, firmness and elasticity. NCTF135 undereye treatment involves a series of injections to insert the product just below the surface of the skin. It is an ideal solution for people seeking a natural approach as it is a lower risk procedure than undereye filler, and works through natural processes.

Treatment Process

The undereye area is notoriously challenging to treat due to its delicate skin, which is prone to bruising and swelling. AnnaLouise uses advanced nanosoft needles to administer the NCTF135 solution. These specialised needles consist of three micro-needles, which are three times smaller than standard injection needles. This ensures the treatment is virtually pain-free, with minimal swelling and an extremely low risk of bruising.

Following the treatment, a soothing eye recovery mask is applied to promote healing and further enhance skin texture. The undereye area responds exceptionally well, improving the appearance of dark circles and softening fine lines, all while maintaining natural facial expression and movement.

Initial Consultation

During this appointment your medical history will be discussed to ensure any prescription medications or health issues will not be affected by treatment. Your areas of concern will then be assessed to ensure NCTF135 is a suitable treatment to achieve your goals. There will be plenty of opportunity to discuss alternative treatment options, and for you to ask questions.

Treatment

Prior to commencing any treatment you will need to sign a consent form. AnnaLouise will give detailed information on the benefits and risks of NCTF135 to equip you with the knowledge needed to confirm you are happy to proceed. Photos will be taken before and after treatment. The procedure itself is around 15 minutes, but the appointment time is 30 minutes to allow enough time for relevant paperwork to be completed.

You are welcome to attend a follow up appointment 3 weeks after the last treatment in your course in order to assess the final result.

AnnaLouise uses nanosoft needles for the procedure. These are tiny micro needles which penetrate only just below the skin surface. The injections may still sting slightly, but the procedure is relatively quick and the cooling eye recovery mask effectively soothes the area post procedure.

No. NCTF135 is not designed to restrict movement in the facial muscles, so you will have full expression following treatment.

All possible side effects are fully discussed during the initial consultation. The most common side effects are local reactions at the injection site, and include redness and minor swelling. Although extremely rare other possible side effects can occur including bruising, haematomas, infection, oedemas, nodules and cysts. There have never been any reports of allergic reaction following treatment with NCTF135, however there is still a possibility in theory that this could occur.

This treatment is not approved for use in pregnancy, or while breast feeding. Other contraindications include known allergy to hyaluronic acid, or skin infection at the site of injection.

Both treatments stimulate collagen and elastin to improve skin quality, however Profhilo has very specific injection sites so covers a more widespread area. NCTF135 can be injected where it is needed most, so can be very targeted to address the precise areas requiring improvement. The recommended protocol for Profhilo is initially two sessions 1 month apart, whereas for NCTF135 it's three sessions 2 weeks apart.

There may be some tenderness, redness, swelling and bruising around the injection site, this is normal and will generally subside within a few days. Avoid makeup for 12 hours post treatment, and avoid alcohol and strenuous exercise for 24 hours. It is recommended not to swim for 48 hours, and to avoid extreme temperatures (eg. saunas, sun beds) for a minimum of 7 days.
